Sean has been partnering with his clients from the beginning of his consultative sales career. He started out as an Enterprise Software Consultant with Computer Associates in New York City. His success implementing Enterprise Software into the C Level of Fortune 500 accounts led to a promotion and transfer to the Chicago office. It was here that he built a Team to advise clients on the best way to leverage CA's business process applications and increase efficiencies across their entire Enterprise.
After a successful run in Enterprise Software, Sean determined that he should advise clients on larger scale investment opportunities while continuing to utilize the consultative sales approach. This idea is what led him into Commercial Real Estate and selling multimillion dollar investment properties at Marcus & Millichap.
Sean went on to earn National Achievement Awards every year he was at Marcus and Millichap with the exception of his first year in the business. He built a Team of six Investment Professionals and consistently ranked in the Top 10 for production in the Downtown Chicago office. He closed over 150 transactions with nearly $500 million in total sales volume.
With an eye on starting his own business and being his own boss, Sean decided to join forces with two of his former colleagues and open Triad Real Estate Partners. Triad maintains a specific focus on selling large multifamily and student housing properties throughout the Midwest Region.
