Credited with championing the journey for a former employer six years consecutively as well as bringing current day clients to 101 Best and Brightest recognition in Chicago; she possesses over twenty years of broad HR Generalist experience. Nicole has had the opportunity to gain hands on experience in multiple disciplines of human resources in various industries.
As founder of HRBoost, LLC she advises on best practices, legislative compliance and HR's role in strategic alignment. Nicole serves on the Advisory Board for Chicago’s “101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” and acts as a Representative for Business Development in the region. Along with other publications, she is the author of the chapter, HR Practices: The Human Side of Profitability, in the recently released book, The Book by Entrepreneurs, for Entrepreneurs. Nicole dedicates herself to actionable human resources, leadership and business development.
